Every day counts for Panther success. If your student will be absent, please report the absence through ParentSquare or call your school office. Keeping us informed helps us support your child's learning and attendance.

Using the ParentSquare App
- Tap Attendance in the bottom navigation menu (if you do not see it, update your app to the latest version).
- Tap the plus sign (
+) in the top right corner of the screen.
- Select Student: Choose the child who will be absent, tardy, or dismissed early.
- Select Duration: Choose Full Day, Partial Day (for late arrivals or early dismissals), or Multiple Days.
- Select Date & Time:
Pick the date of the absence and enter specific times if it is a partial day, then tap Done.
- Choose Reason: Select the appropriate reason from the menu and tap Done.
- Add Details & Attachments: Type any additional notes or attach documentation (such as a doctor's note).
- Submit: Tap Submit Absence Report to send your note directly to the school's attendance office.
