Young 5 & Kindergarten Pre-Registration

Please complete the following form to pre-register your child for our Young 5 or Kindergarten programs for the 2024-25 school year. To fully register for one of our programs, you must either attend our round-up session or contact our main office at 517-851-7735. Young 5/Kindergarten Round-up will take place on Wednesday March 14, 2024 at Emma L. Smith Elementary School.

Please be prepared to bring the following to Round-up:
1. Child's Birth Certificate
2. Up to date Immunization records
3. Proof of Residency (Piece of mail etc.)
