2024-25 School Year Preschool Registration
Our Preschool Registration for the 2024-25 school year is now available. Please click on this link here in orange and it will connect you to: Early On Michigan/Michigan Preschool.
**Children MUST be 3-years-old to start and fully independently potty trained for placement in our programs.**
We are having ALL families first start with the application through this site only! This is just the application-You do not have to choose a program or days of the week for your child to attend yet. Open enrollment opens in January of each year, the applications are processed by the Ingham ISD and then forwarded to Stockbridge by early April. We will be in contact with you about further details once we receive your application request usually around early April. When we contact you, we will send your the enrollment packet to choose the days & times (only for Curious Cubs 3-year-old program) you want your child to attend along with a list of the required documents needed to complete the enrollment for your child.
For Fall enrollment for 2025-26, please submit your application after January 6, 2025.
UPDATE July 25, 2024
All of our 4-year-old preschool programs are GSRP this year and free to all families that meet the age requirements and while space is available. GSRP preschool starts after Labor Day each year, and is a Monday-Thursday program that starts at 8:50am-3:30pm (school day hours). Age requirements do apply still and placement is based on requirements and availability.
Curious Cubs (age 3)
Curious Cubs is specifically designed for 3-year-old children. Children must be fully and independently potty trained to attend. Located at Smith Elementary School in room B104. Children not 3 years of age by the first day of school will be on a waiting list to join the program after their 3rd birthday, if we have openings available. If your child will not be 3 years of age by December 1, 2024 they will not be eligible for Curious Cubs Preschool in the fall of 2024-25. However, they will be eligible for the 2025-26 school year in Curious Cubs.

Curious Cubs Offers
Age-appropriate, hands-on learning environment to help little ones to development positive social, emotional, cognitive, physical and language skills.
Preschool only: 9am-12:00pm, drop off is as early as 8:45am only and pick up is at noon exactly.
School Hour Day is 9am-3:15pm, drop off begins at 8:45am (no earlier) and pick up must be by 3:15pm (no later).
Class Choices
Two Days a week: Tuesday and Thursday only, hours 9am-12 noon, Price is $1,925.00/year or $192.50 per month August-May. School hour day is Tuesday and Thursday only, hours 9am-3:15pm, and price is $37.00 per day.
Three Days a week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday only, hours 9am-12pm, Price is $2,575.00/year or $257.50 per month August-May. School hour day is Monday, Wednesday and Friday only, hours 9am-3:15pm, and price is $37.00 per day.
We also offer a full five days a week option, Monday-Friday. School hours are 9am- 3:15 pm. Price is $180.00/week.
Fees
Preschool Only: $25 per day (9am-12pm) School Hour Day: $37.00 (9am-3:15pm) options are two or three days a week only. Full week of school hour days, is $180.00/week.
Kids' Club (Grades K-5)
Kids’ Club before and after school program has a “child-centered” focus. This program offers a variety of available activities from which the children may choose, including active play, constructive play, expressive play, mind play, and discovery play. Kids’ Club is a licensed childcare program housed at Smith Elementary for before school and Heritage Elementary School for after school based on child' age and grade. Space is limited. We currently have a waiting list of children for the 2024-25 school year. If you are interested in joining to be a part Kid's Club staff, apply at Edustaff.org and email sommerd@panthernet.net after your application is complete.

Great Start to Readiness (GSRP) 4 Year Old Preschool
This year, we have expanded and now offer four Great Start Readiness Program classrooms funded by the State of Michigan that are free for all children. Children must be 4-years-old by December 1, 2024, but not 5-years-old by September 1, 2024. This is a state mandated birthday/age requirement.
Enrollment for fall starts in January of each school year. Please fill the application on the link at the top of the webpage in orange. Your child's application will be forwarded to the Ingham ISD and then they will send it to us in April. We will send you enrollment paperwork at that time.

- Free to those who qualify
- Breakfast and lunch are free to those who qualify, Monday-Thursday.
- Transportation provided for children 4-years old.

- Full day of school to help prepare your child for Young 5's or Kindergarten the following fall.
