Parchment Transcript Orders

When you place your transcript order

Transcript Ordering Options:

1. SEND NOW

   • This will send your current or most recent transcript.

2. HOLD FOR GRADES

   • Have your transcript sent after mid-year or final grades are included.

   • Mid-year transcripts are typically processed in the second week of February.

   • Final transcripts are processed by the third week of June and include graduation information.

For Graduating Seniors:

• Final Transcript Orders:

  • Place your final transcript order before August 1 to avoid an alumni fee. 

• Add Personal Email Address:

  • Graduating seniors should add a personal email in their Parchment account profile. This allows you to continue using Parchment for transcript requests after graduation.
