IN ORDER TO MAXIMIZE EVERYONE'S ACCESS TO THE LIBRARY, you may schedule -

IN A ONE WEEK PERIOD -

2 contiguous full period

OR

3 contiguous half periods

AND

no more than 2 full periods

OR

no more than 3 half periods.

IN A TWO WEEK PERIOD -

2 sets of 2 contiguous full periods with at least 3 days in between

OR
2 sets of 3 contiguous half periods with at least 3 days in between.

IN THE EVENT OF A SNOW DAY -

NEW POLICY AS OF December 2010:

The day off from school will completely disappear from the Library Schedule and the Library time will be lost.

We will run the schedule with the classes originally scheduled into the Library on the return date.

Teachers will need to reschedule their time.
